Hey, Friends! Spring has sprung and it's time to get outside! There is no better way to celebrate sunshine and 70+ degrees, so let's plan a party!
1. Select a Date + Time
- Check your calendar for a few dates that would work best
- Before finalizing a day, take a look at the weather forecast
- Mid-Morning, Afternoon, and Early Evening would all be great times to host a party with a light menu
2. Location
- This is a Spring party, so ideally the celebrating will take place outside
- Plan a party at your house, or at a local park
(Note: If you're planning to have your party at a park shelter,
be sure to reserve it in advance with your local Parks and Recreation)
3. Party Theme
- Seasonal/Spring: Bright and Fun!
4. Guest List
- Make a list of Family, Friends, and Neighbors
- Keep in mind, not everyone will be able to attend
5. Invites
- Go paperless & send Electronic Invites via email
- I made the free samples above using punchbowl
6. Menu
- Your menu will be influenced by the time, theme, and location of your party
- Make your own Customizable Watercolor Menu
Here are a few ideas:
Brunch: Mimosas + Mini Donut Kabobs
Afternoon Happy Hour: Bright Cocktails + Veggies & DIp
Backyard BBQ: Buckets of Beer + Fruity Lemonades + Mini Sliders
Picnic at a Park: Non-Alcoholic Beverages + Hotdogs + Chips

8. Decor
- Keep it colorful and inviting
- Use lights, streamers, flowers, plants, and simple signs
- Print and frame this cute 'Hello Spring' sign and leave it up all season
