This week we're vacationing at the lake with the family enjoying copious amounts of delicious food and drinks. In order to relax, enjoy our time, and not feel the weight of our love for good food - we prioritize exercise.
It's been easy and fun to get a quick workout in here and there, so I thought I'd share my routine with y'all!
Workout On The Go:
1+ Mile Run (This is generally my warm-up! Remember to stretch first!)
10 Resistance Band Squats
10 Weighted Lunges (10 lbs)
10 Bicep Curls (10 lbs)
10 TRX Ab Tucks
10 TRX Oblique Crunches
10 Burpees
Rest & Repeat 3x
